LESS ADMIN. MORE INTENTION.
Start with the schedule you already have, or create one from the ground up. Bring sessions, topics, and lecturers into one place.
Plan your schedule in one place. Customize topics, times and teachers. See completed and upcoming teaching, and find topics that still need coverage. Invite teachers to request a topic. Share your published schedule online or subscribe in Google Calendar or Outlook.

Import a spreadsheet and review suggested categories and topics. Start broad, then refine your curriculum as you go.
Follow topic history, upcoming sessions, and teaching contributions from faculty and residents. Export your schedule as a PDF or CSV. Share a live schedule link, or let faculty and residents subscribe in Google Calendar or Outlook.
HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT

We’re inviting residency programs to help shape RHOMA Didactics Builder.
Make didactics planning easier—and help shape what comes next.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Yes. Import an Excel or CSV schedule, then review the suggested categories and topics. You can bring in a current schedule or past teaching history and refine the matches as you go.
New programs can choose a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine starter library—or start with their own curriculum. Each program can add, edit, or remove topics and categories and choose its own core topics. The new specialty libraries are starting points for program review, not complete curricula. Existing programs keep their current curriculum.
The Family Medicine library includes editable mappings to the five domains in the ABFM exam blueprint. Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine starters are informed by the ABIM blueprint and the EM Model published by ABEM. Pediatrics is a draft RHOMA library for program review; alignment with the ABP content outline has not yet been validated.
These are editable planning tools, not official board curricula or a guarantee of accreditation compliance. Your program determines its curriculum and teaching priorities.
Yes. Add faculty and residents as lecturers, assign multiple teachers to a session, and track their teaching contributions.
Yes. Once your program publishes its schedule, you can share a read-only web link with day, week, and month views. The same link shows the latest published version. Draft changes stay private until you publish them.
Yes. Add your program’s calendar subscription URL to Google Calendar or Outlook. Published changes appear when your calendar service refreshes the subscription; updates may not appear immediately.
Other programs cannot browse your program or access your workspace. A published schedule is visible to anyone with its shared link. RHOMA’s pilot administrator can view program activity summaries to support the pilot.
Yes. RHOMA Didactics Builder is free to use.

WHY I BUILT RHOMA
Planning residency didactics means balancing topics, schedules, and the people who teach—while keeping the bigger curriculum in view.
I built RHOMA to make that work easier: one place to organize teaching, see what’s been covered, and plan what comes next.
It’s still growing, shaped by feedback from residency programs using it in their everyday work.
